Wham bam, thank you mam! I hope you enjoyed this video. It was SO interesting to me to see the cost from my year of living as a Digital Nomad.
I have never tallied up the cost but I always knew that it wasn’t a crazy, huge number that wasn’t attainable. I knew this was a lifestyle that people could reach.
And I still stand by that!
Maybe this yearly cost I talk about seems outrageous, however in lots of countries, this is still far less than what most people spend in their year just trying to survive paying their stinky mortgage, car and other bills.
I DO of course want to acknowledge that I’m very lucky I’m healthy, don’t have to support anyone, I was born in a first world country. I have a lot of things on my side but I did also break out of the rat race which is a little tricky BUT doable.
If I can do it…so can you!
I hope you enjoyed this video! Tell me…was the cost a shock at how much it is or does it give you hope?

how did you find a 500$ flight from Toronto to Bali?!!!
Hi, i love watching your videos, you have such a beautiful and positive spirit. But i was wondering: did you go to college and if not do you have/notice any troubles with the fact that you don’t have a degree. I’m asking because really want to travel a lot too but I’m afraid that if it doesn’t work out and I don’t get any money out of it, that I still have to work. And not that that is a problem, but when you don’t have a degree, you can’t really get a job anymore nowadays.
For a while now I became negative about me traveling.i told myself about 5 months ago I will save up and just when my flat contract will end I will go somewhere beautiful and just live my dream I think that’s the only think keeping me happy that idea of being free meeting new people. My boyfriend is a bit lazy so instade of saving up we spending money by living in city centre:( that’s the most stupid idea I had. Thank you for being so positive and motivating to all of us sad people lol 😂
Where did you get your recycled tire bracelet? It’s so cute and good for the environment!
Me and my wife switch from the daily grind spending $30,000 a year on accommodations/travel/food to now digital nomads spending $20,000 and enjoying every minute!
What an inspiration. Seriously I love the way you view freedom and thanks for the advice and insight into this incredible life style. Brilliant stuff!
Love the insight
Such a cool style, keep up the good work!
New level of stoke!
Is there a website that allows you to share Airbnb with other travelers?
1:49 if you wanna be my lover .. lol song came to mind
Thank you Sorrell ♥️ your videos have helped me to really go after this digital nomad lifestyle 😄 I'm currently in Bali and I'm loving the journey
omg, that is actually really cheap life! nice! 🙂
Thank you for being humanly genuine! We all make mistakes but you have proved to us that we can overcome them and be better in what we do! Cheers!
Is the guy at the end finnish? His accent sounded finnish for some reason
Thank you! I needed to see this! I was getting a bit down, thinking that maybe I am as crazy as people say and i'll never be able to do this. But you really inspire me so much! SO thank you!
hahaha omg this is me
travel.. fail… travel… fail…. travel… fail… ugh!!! SOMEONE HELP
im def doing this wrong, spent $10 000 for only one month on my last trip to the US.
Aww bali
Very nice! I've been following your work for a few months and really like how authentic and transparent you are about this lifestyle. I work with nomads and expats, and content like this helps them prepare about what to expect. Keep it up!
That is crazy cheap! Kudos lady!! You just gave me a huge injection of hope! Bless you 😘😘😘😀😀😀👍👍👍
I love you girl and am so envious of you but in a good a way… i would love to have your lifestyle but i have a daughter but she will be finishing Uni soon in 2 years actually and possibly another year to assist her set up her own life then I got to do my lifelong dream living anywhere in the world free of fear of the unknown tomorrow. Good luck and more power and Keep us dreaming ❤️❤️❤️
I wanna be like you when I grow up!!!!!!!!! :')
Fantastic video. I just discovered you and am binging on your videos. That black lace cuff is insane gorgeous. Where did you get it?
Costs look fine for me, if you travel a lot! What are the costs about insurances (health, pension-plan)?
I know Bali, it is a very nice place….
Love your charisma and attitude! Enjoy the simulation on earth 😉
.
I know I can do this and it’s a dream however I have 3 fur babies that I can’t leave. I will make it happen once they are no longer with us.
I super enjoyed this! 25K was roughly what I thought it would be so I'm not particularly surprised. It's fun to hear that it wasn't necessarily more, and that it included a few more expensive locations like Germany (instead of sticking exclusively to the super 'cheap' countries). Thanks for giving us some more details on this life we all love watching!
I personally am not striving for full-time travel; I love a place to set down some roots, but I would love to travel 1-2 months a year and I need to work on my own terms so I can disappear for chunks of time like that haha. It's so good to see some of the numbers involved. Thankyou!
