Nice video! I love Iguana Perdido and Balto.:D I have to say, though, your daily life is waaaay different than mine. I've been living in Panajachel, just across the Lake from where you were, for three years. Most of my life is taken up with caring for foster dogs! Ha ha! I volunteer with Ayuda Para la Salud de Perros y Gatos (ayudagt.org). I have no time for kayaking and hiking and stuff. I really should get out swimming more though. The Lake is so amazing! Have fun in your travels.

I was there in 1976—pre Balto. Back then it was a quiet village….however it had many shops run by Gringo's and Gringo's, a kind of hippie heaven. I hope you experience heaven wherever you may travel

Poppy, that would have been very funny if you would have swallowed that beetle found in your sup:)
