Sometimes mistakes happen. I've got quit a story, and I don't think it was their fault, it was the other person's fault. But thankfully for good customer service we solved it, I got a refund.
I really love how excited you are during the whole vlog even during the horrible turbulence. You stayed so calm. Your dad at 14:31 looks like he is either praying or about to puke. Your mom was hands in face about to hurl. You just stayed calm especially for Romeo.
