2 HOUR BANGKOK MISSION – RIVER BOAT & BTS | To Khao San Road | Thailand Travel Vlog

We’re back in Thailand! Enjoying Bangkok and took a hella mission on the BTS and river boat ferry around the city to Khao San Road…⬇ More Below ✈ Our 220 page guide on how to travel for a living —

This was going to be one travel vlog, but the Bangkok transport options are so vast and full on, we ended up with two. The second part will be from Khao San Road itself, todays vlogs is all about the hella mission on the BTS skytrain and river boat ferry just to get there.

We’re really familiar with Thailand, but Bangkok is still pretty new to us. Having passed through here a few times, each for a few days, the BTS was something we’ve used a lot, but not for big missions to vlog. This time we’re here for longer to check it out and dig deeper into Bangkok… so it was time to jump on that metro style skytrain, aka the BTS, and figure things out. The BTS fare is cheap (50c or so per trip) and there are BTS station maps everywhere and lots of apps you can get.

The river boat ferry was a whole different level, no real instructions and was all about ask and pray as you go haha. All fun though, the boat itself was great, kinda fun, but just a long time to get to Khao San Road. The Grab on the way back was 30 minutes or so and only 200 baht!

Ohhh, I missed you guys by one day. I left Bangkok on Jan 31 and I am back in the USA. I stayed near the Asok BTS station. I'd loved to have met you guys in person.

My gf and I are headed to Bali and found one of your videos. We got hooked. I think your videos are so much better than the ones that are all based around "adventure"..people cliff jumping etc. Yours are real. Like what it actually is like to travel! These Thailand videos are bringing back great memories. Thanks guys!

Was this recent? If that's how Bangkok looks under dust then I'm relieved. I'm coming in a few days and what I've seen on TV looks apocalyptic… 😐

Hey! I saw you guys when you were transferring from the train to the river boat. My girlfriend and I did the same trip but in the opposite direction. I was figuring out which BTS station we needed to go to when I looked up and there you were walking by. I would’ve said hi, but traffic in those train stations doesn’t stop for anything. Anyways, thought you might find it cool that someone recognized you. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple months now, and it was wild to randomly cross paths in Bangkok. Great video. Thanks for sharing!

This one brought back memories. Went the same route to get to KS Road and confused myself on the ferry too.
Side note: I dwnrxwrio humming along with the intro music when I hear it. 🤣
