I first heard about Barre 2 years ago from a good friend that is pretty obsessed with it. It sounds and feels odd at first, little movements held/contracting, its very different then a typical workout and a little confusing at first. Despite that, I was still hooked as I walked away from my first class feeling tired, sore, and amazingly strong. To this day I have an on and off relationship with Barre, and after taking the whole winter off, it was time to get back in the swing of things. The first day is always the hardest, but after that I felt back into loving it again. By Day 8, I was actually seeing results!

    Loved to see your thoughts and results in this challenge. Congrats on the stamina! Thoughts on the editing: I could have done without the first 6 min. Seeing you say good morning 20 times did not add much.

    I love this. This actually is exactly what I wanted to hear 😭 I've officially reach one month of working out 5-6 days a week and eating much healthier. I honestly see no results yet, and I know it's because these things take time, but it's still frustrating. But I feel a lot stronger and I do feel a lot healthier and at the end of the day that's all that matters. It's about FEELING good, and when you feel good, you look good

    I'm curious what was the name of the studio you took classes from? Bar method, pure barre, barre3? There's so many! I've tried many different studios but I'm curious which one you attended 🙂

    that is EXACTLY the result I want to hear. it's actually so much more helpful than when other people do these videos and somehow manage to lose unrealistic amounts of weight, have private chefs, work out like it's their full time job, etc. I love that your biggest change was your mindset, which truly is more healthy and good for you in the end 🙂

    That is the EXACT response we all need, not some girl sat there saying she lost 20lb and toned up completely in 30 days because lets me honest, we could all get to what we "think" is "perfect" and there will always be more we want, it wouldnt make us happy, but results that make you love yourself, make you feel beautiful and strong, that's what it's about.     Not to sound creepy, but the muscles around your boobs look more toned so your boobs look bigger. And your abs have more definition. Good job sticking with it!
