Tour This Spacious DIY Tiny House with Transforming Furniture

Tour this DIY tiny house build that’s spacious and bright with modular space-saving furniture, a massive kitchen, mini bathtub and a unique parquet floor with a chevron pattern.

This tiny house is currently for sale! Check out the Kijiji listing here to learn more:

The wind-resistant roof shingles that Matthieu mentions in the video are called Onduvilla and the company website is here:

The tiny home is insulated with Roxul because it’s fire-resistant, and they also made sure to have fire extinguishers on both levels, as well as loft windows that are large enough to climb out of.

Matthieu and Amélie took a woodworking course before building this tiny home themselves and we’re very impressed with the result. We hope you enjoy touring this micro home with us and thanks for watching!

Very nice build and video. Although $51,000US may seem like a lot (and it is for me), remember this is a house. How many people, especially Americans, pay that or more for a car or truck?

    Very nice.
The only thing that stands out for me on tiny home builds as a security net and practicality is I would make a small waist sized wall to avoid tumbling down onto the floor (I'm uncoordinated like that) and possibly put some plants along the top of it or build some small shelves into it for books etc.
