I first heard about Barre 2 years ago from a good friend that is pretty obsessed with it. It sounds and feels odd at first, little movements held/contracting, its very different then a typical workout and a little confusing at first. Despite that, I was still hooked as I walked away from my first class feeling tired, sore, and amazingly strong. To this day I have an on and off relationship with Barre, and after taking the whole winter off, it was time to get back in the swing of things. The first day is always the hardest, but after that I felt back into loving it again. By Day 8, I was actually seeing results!
