The view is amazing, but like so many other high dollar condos, the interior just doesn't impress. It's boring, colorless, and cold.

The penthouse is beautiful with breath taking views . Wasn’t a fan of all they grey and the kitchen or bathroom seems to plain for my taste . But hey whoever has 26 million can definitely make it into their style .

Originally listed 09/18 for $29.5 million then listed again in June of the year for $25.5 million. What's wrong with this property? Is it the $300,000+ annual taxes and $15,000/mo maintenance? Or is it because Miami and Miami Beach has been flooded with luxury high-rise homes? These homes are NOT selling. STOP BUILDING!

Because of the double height ceiling in the living room, the master bedroom and the secondary bathroom don't have a balcony and at $25M this is a huge disappointment and possibly a deal breaker to many; the only logical solution is a multi-million dollar remodeling of the main floor to now include the master bedroom where it should of been from the beginning; you would also have to remodel some of the 2nd floor and that won't come cheap either. In MIA when upscale penthouse unit prices have sky rocketed exponentially in the last two years why has this penthouse at the Regalia seen its asking price drop dramatically by almost $10M less.

I don’t know who sets those prices but for sure it should be above 750 million, it’s just money who cares.
