Presented and directed by Erik Conover nice video. My goal in life is to own a place like this for sole purpose of having my parents fly out there whenever they want a break.

This is hands down the most likeable agent I've ever seen. I've always thought that top tire sports man would kill in the business world because of the discipline and work they put in to get to the top.

Just one water closet 🚾 toilet (🚽) in the owners bathroom is really low for that price.. common.. it’s always his and hers

Another modern white box. Unique is it not. They're all starting to look the same to me. Are there any new construction, multi million dollar homes in L.A. that aren't modern white boxes?

The home is as shallow as the intended buyer (and presenter in this case).
It’s hard for anybody to envision themselves living in this hard showpiece of emptiness. And tbh it’s same with 75% of homes on YouTube.

Erik, keep up the amazing work we're loving these luxury homes! Also, it would be so incredible if you and Farooq Syed collaborated one day on an in insane listing! 🔥🔥👑

When I was younger I was obsessed with the black and white themed modern houses, but they seemed so, how to I phrase is? Apple store-i.

Ive now been completely obsessed by different shades of grey, black, wood, sand, beige. If I could just take this house in another location it would be perfect.

Marvelous house and marvelous tour. For years I thought it was Calcutta marble like the city in India only to see it in print as Calacatta marble, quarried from the Apuan Mountains in Carrara, Italy….not to be confused with Carrera, as in the Porsche Carrera named after the Spanish word for race.

I think the best part of the house is the finishes, they feel undeniably high-end and timeless. But the overall design and aesthetic is a bit par for the "white modern mansion in Beverly Hills" course. This house's modern platitude will become dated too quickly. In lesser words- imagine the smell of a finance-bro's fart dressed in stale Armani cologne, then transpose that experience from olfactoric to ocular. That would be this house.

Truly amazing Mansion…Well presented by Erik as always….. someone lucky will enjoy staying there…….Anand Channar, Dubai and India

Sorry, these are not homes. These are structures that these rich people want to spend money on. To bad they think they’re better than us regular people, what waste.

Hand to heart. I sincerely and honestly do not understand the desire for this. Convenience? Pride? Proof of one's value? I mean no disrespect. I want to understand.
